Auction Terms and Conditions

1. All purchases must be settled in full on Auction Day by CASH, COMPANY OR PERSONAL CHECKS will be ACCEPTED ONLY when ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID CURRENT LETTER OF GUARANTEE FROM YOUR BANK. Cashier Checks will Only be accepted when Accompanied by a Letter Verifying from the Issuing Bank.



SAMPLE GUARANTEE LETTER (From Your Bank):


MR./MS. is a customer of our bank and we will guarantee payment of checks written on account (number) up to the amount of (amount) for purchases at the Auction for (specify Auction).




NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A CURRENT BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE, ALL PAYMENT IS MADE PAYABLE TO GEORGE GIDEON AUCTIONEERS. INC.






2. All Auction items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN." There is no guarantee as to make, model, year, miles, hours or merchantability by Auctioneer or Owner.



3. Announcements made by the Auctioneer on the day of the Auction take Precedence over any previous printed material pertaining to this Auction.



4. GGAI or Owner reserves the right to remove, or add to any Auction items on this list up until Auction time.



5. GGAI or Owner reserves the right to refuse any bid.



6. All bidders are required to register prior to bidding on any item. GGAI or Owner  reserve the right to refuse registration to anyone who has not fully honored bids at previous Auctions.



7. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid Florida Resale Certificate at the time of registration.



8. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, information and quantities given by the Auction catalog, Auctioneer, owner, or other Auction personnel is offered only as a guide. Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders are advised to inspect items prior to purchase.



9. No alcoholic beverages or firearms will be allowed on owner's property.



10. Individuals purchasing vehicles will be required to pay all title registration and tag fees, according to Florida Department of Motor Vehicle Policy.



11. No Titles will be released on Auction Day! Dealers are required to pay a $10 Title mail fee, or give a FedEx number for your titles to be mailed. Titles will be mailed Wednesday following the Auction.
12. PLEASE NOTE:
    FL DMV requires GGAI to transfer all titles and tags. The title transfers for Florida residents must be completed in our office, at 2753 N hwy 441, Zellwood, Fl. 32798 The fees for all titled items purchased by individuals are:
    Title Transfer…………………………….$150.00
    (add’l) transfer of existing plate……….$65.00
    (add’l) new decal fee…………………...$85.00
    (add’l) purchase of new plate………....$410.00
    (add’l) Temp Tag Fee………………..... $30.00
    A Late Fee of $40.00 is charged for any required paper work or information NOT provided by 3 days after the Auction. Additional fees may apply. No vehicles released until title transfer is completed.





DEALERS:

Must present a copy of valid dealers license and sales tax # at time of registration





REMOVAL:

All items are to be removed from owner’s property by 4pm the Tuesday following the Auction.




No Children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the Auction Premises.
